Bit of misinformation.
It comes out saturday for EVERYONE, while coming out TODAY for those who preordered the game.
...
My bad.

White, have you considered it may be unhealthy to fanboy this much?

Demo is fun, some people have problems. I play on medium, runs great except for one part of the demo (Briefing in the plane beginning when Jester wakes you up) where it slows down a bit, but otherwise it runs well.
To clarify my Meh: I don't really think it's going to be the best thing ever, hence I'm not a fanboy.
I am, however, burned out on all my other games and bored out of my skull.

Randomly freezing people is always a good way to pass the time

Amen. 'course, the editor is pretty intuitive, minus all the missing stuff. Pretty fun. Terrain is easy to make, just hard to skin. I currently use a small, map called Iceman Isle, pure grass surrounded by water. Hmm... I should make an aquatic warfare map. There is a boat that freezes people as well as a truck.

I'll let the final line of Gamespot's review speak for itself.
"Quite simply, Crysis represents the first-person shooter at its finest, most evolved form.-Jason Ocampo, Gamespot"
They had to make things up (The requirements, the fact that single player ends, and that there is no Team Deathmatch, though that one might be worth docking .5 points) just to prevent it from getting a 10.
Gamespot: 9.5/10 PC Gamer: 98/100 PC Zone UK: 92/100 Gametap: 10/10 (Although THEY can't use MP. Bah, it's only good for arcade games.) Gamepro: 4.8/5 Eurogamer: 9/10 IGN: 9.4/10 1UP: 8/10
I'd say the game wasn't overhyped, Chris. The MP Power Struggle mode is described like this: Battlefield meets Counter Strike meets the nanosuit.

Okay, so I got the game myself. On the level Assault, and it is one of the most fun first person shooters I've ever played. Power Struggle is awesome as well, and even Instant Action has it's good points. Team deathmatch would be fun, but meh. Got a demo link, too. Try it if you like. files.filefront.com/Crysis+SP+Demo/;8895696;/fileinfo.html
